Hyperloop Transportation - ROBLOX Group!

Blog Contest Winner - Salmon#3903

G’day I’m Salmon. I currently work in a group called Hyperloop Transportation (roughly 5100 members). Before I explain why I work there, I’m going to summarise the game itself. Hyperloop Simulator, which is what the game is called, is a simulator where you operate a Hyperloop ‘Pod’. A Hyperloop is in real life a concept mode of transport that is currently under testing and may become available for public use in the future. You may have, or may not have heard of it. It is commonly associated with companies such as the Boring company and Elon Musk, himself. It is designed to operate in a semi-vacuum using magnetic levitation and electric propulsion to reach airline like speeds. The game is designed to emulate some realistic mechanics like derailment and perception or vision. The purpose of the game to drive and gain ‘distance’ the in-game point system. Once you reach distance milestones you able to unlock faster and better designed ‘pods’ Now, let’s talk about my journey as an employee of Hyperloop Transportation. I started off working there as a Customer Service member; after reaching 1000 in-game ‘distance’ you are able to apply for a staff rank. I had to study a staff handbook and do an examination before becoming a staff member. I passed with pretty good results. To get promoted, I needed to demonstrate hard work and dedication as well as pass another exam. I’m not going into further details on the application process, however I am currently an ‘Advisor’, which are part of the HR committee. Moderating and providing customer service to the player base is very rewarding, it almost has a ‘rush’ to it. Working here has some real life benefits! Answering players’ inquiries makes you proud and joyous and improves customer service skills as well as communication skills. Sorting out player misconduct is also very…almost exciting sort of job. When people harass others or exploit, coming in and ‘saving the day’ is very satisfying, it can really give you good boost to your day. As well as the intrinsic motivation, Hyperloop Transportation also gives out salaries for hard working and high achieving staff members. The staff team at Hyperloop are very harmonious and have a excellent connection. You‘ll make very funny friends here. From Customer Service to the CEO, there’s no feeling of being looked down on, or that the CEO can only be spoken to politely. Everyone is treated respectfully no matter their rank or skill. As well as moderating together, the staff team love to play team games on ROBLOX occasionally. They’re not just coworkers they are friends. Whether it’s moderating, talking to other staff, training new staff, driving a ‘pod, Hyperloop is a fun and engaging place to be a staff and be a gamer. I would seriously recommend you try out, and hey, one day you may be a staff as well. You never know. ‘A spark can light fire.’
